PAYMENT METHODS
For your service you can choose the payment of your purchases with:
- Payment through bank account: This service is provided free of charge.
- Pay on delivery: Cash on delivery service is sometimes provided free of charge, sometimes at a small charge listed in advance.
- Use credit / debit card: In this case you pay with your bank card.

Until the full and complete payment of the price, the goods remain the property of the seller company (TERM OF RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP).
The credit / debit card will be charged at the same time as the order is placed in the online store. In cases where the use of credit / debit card has been chosen for the payment, the delivery of the orders is done only to the credit / debit card holder with the presentation of the card and his police ID or legally authorized by him.
For the delivery of the products, a photocopy of the police ID of the credit card holder can be requested.
For collection from a store, the credit / debit card holder must present his / her credit card and ID. The same goes if you order on behalf of a company. In this case the card must be corporate and the name of the recipient must be written on the card.

Refund
In case of payment by debit / credit card, the money is credited to your debit / credit card account. In case of payment by deposit in a bank account or cash on delivery, the money is credited to your bank account. There may be an agreement if you wish to issue an equal amount of credit voucher instead of credit.
